Jill Magaldi is the mastermind of Creative Kids Playtime. She is an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist with over 14 years of experience. She was born and raised in New York where she received her Bachelor of Science in Speech and Language Disabilities from SUNY Fredonia. She attended FIU and graduated with a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. She has worked across all different areas of Speech Pathology including both adults and children. She has experience working in elementary schools working with children with speech and language impairments. She also has experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She developed sensory language-based activities for this population.  Jill currently works for the Broward County Schools.

Jill has a daughter who is seven years old. Her name is Camila. When Camila was younger, Jill attended different mommy and me classes and had always noticed that none were being provided by SLPs.

With the increased use of screen time and the pandemic, she noticed a lot of children are really being affected by the lack of interaction with other kids. And what a better way for children to learn than exploring their environment through play with the most important communication partners!
